Admiral Fallow - Beetle in the Box
This song was featured on last night's episode of the Big C and I immediately loved it. It reminds me of a cross between Irish rock and the Reindeer Section (one of Gary Lightbody's side projects.)

Good Graeff - Hold Me Fast
I love the strings on this track. I'm a sucker for the drama evoked by the cello. Have I mentioned how much I wish I had actual musical talent?! They seem to play quite a few shows...unfortunately they're all in Florida. I have always wanted to go to Florida...

Raine Maida - Montreal
Maida has been a persistent presence on the Canadian music scene for over a decade with his band Our Lady Peace. Besides being ridiculously sexy (Chantal Kreviazuk is a lucky woman), he's also incredibly talented. His first single, Montreal, from his new solo album "We All Get Lighter" is beautiful. The Crookes - Afterglow
This is one of those songs that you crank up when you're home alone and dance around in your underwear. Not that I'd know from personal experience...who am I kidding? I have been routinely doing that for weeks now. Also great for car dancing (though preferably not in your underwear).
